- J Nrupender Rao, Chairman.
- Mr. J Nrupender Rao is the Chairman of Resource Inputs Ltd. He holds a B Tech from IIT – Kharagpur and an MS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Purdue.
He has over 40 years of experience in various disciplines in organisations like National Cash Register, USA; Union Carbide India and the Nagarjuna and Pennar Groups. He is also the Promoter and Chairman of Pennar Industries Limited and Pennar Chemicals Limited.
He has been the Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC) for two years (1988-89). He was also a member of the Planning Board of Andhra Pradesh State, for two years. He is also a Past National President of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce and a Past President of the Hyderabad Management Association. He has received the Dr. Nayudamma Gold Medal for his contribution to Industrial Development in the State and the "Entrepreneur of the Year" Award by the Hyderabad Management Association.
- SV Ramachandra Rao, Promoter and Managing Director.
- Mr. SV Ramachandra Rao is the Promoter and Managing Director of Resource Inputs Ltd and Resource Inputs Ltd. He holds degrees from Andhra University, Berhampur University and Annamalai University in Social Work, Law, including specialized degrees in Labour and Administrative Laws, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.
His multifariously distinguished career spans over 25 years, and cuts across Public and Private Sector Manufacturing, Banking and Non Banking Financial Industries across the country. Bharat Heavy Plates and Vessels Ltd., Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, Shriram Refrigeration Industries Ltd, Corporation Bank, Hyderabad Allwyn, Bakelite Hylam Ltd, Andhra Cements, Pennar Group of Industries being some of the top names where in he as worked at the helm in key strategic roles. He has been responsible for turning around many companies including The Pennar Group, Andhra Jyothi, and Andhra Cements etc.
He has been instrumental in developing the HRD Movement in the state of Andhra Pradesh and is the Founder Secretary of the NHRD Network Hyderabad Chapter. He is currently State Committee Member and Sub-Committee Chairman of the Employer's Federation of Southern India – AP Branch, and is actively involved in assessing employer concerns and aspirations and representing them to the Government. He also represents FAPCCI on the Regional Board of Employee State Insurance Corporation.
- SV Neeharika, Executive Director.
- Ms. SV Neeharika is the Executive Director of Resource Inputs Ltd. She holds a B Tech from JNTU in Electronics and Communications and an MBA in Finance and HR from Institute of Public Enterprise. She has been trained at I I M Bangalore on Entrepreneur Development.
She started her career as a Banker, working with IDBI Bank, in their Retail Assets Vertical for well over a year and since then joined the RIL Board to lead on the RIL | HRC team to greater frontiers. She works on special turn-key assignments at clients location as well.
She has also published various articles on HR in reputed journals and her book reviews published regularly are widely read and acclaimed.
- C Niranjan Rao, Advisor .
- Mr. C Niranjan Rao stands as Advisor to Resource Inputs Ltd and Resource Inputs Ltd. He holds a Masters in Law and a PG Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management.
He has been and continues to be a leading advocate in the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Lower Courts and Tribunals, Labour, Industrial, ESI, WC, PF Courts/Appellate Tribunals for the last 23 Years.
He is the President of A.P. Labour Law Practitioners' Association, Associate Legal Member of The Employers Federation of Southern India – AP Branch and HR & IR Committee Member of The Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
- KNV Satyanarayana Rao, Chief Operating Officer - Visakhapatnam.
- Mr. KNV Satyanarayana Rao manages the Viskahapatnam RIL operations as the Chief Operating Officer. He holds a Law Degree and an MA in Social Work.
He carries with over two and a half decades of expertise in people management in retail, logistics, and infrastructure sectors. Liasion with government officials is his key strength.
