- Mr Nrupender Rao, promoter of I.T.W Signode(later
renamed as Nagarjuna Signode) and Pennar Group of Companies, has obtained
his B Tech Degree from IIT Kharagpur and MS(Operations
Research & Industrial Engineering) from Purdue
University,USA.
- He has around thirty years of
experience in various organisations like National Cash Register,
USA, Union Carbide India, Nagarjuna & Pennar Groups.
- Mr. Rao was a National President of the Indo American Chamber of Commerce and President of the Hyderabad Management Association.

Mr. S.V.Ramachandra Rao - Director & CEO
- Mr. SVRR obtained his masters degree in Social Work with specialisation in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, Post Graduate Diploma in Labour and Administrative Law and also done his LLB.
- Mr. SVRR has 15 years of experience in Human Resource Management, General Management and Corporate Laws in organisations like Bakelite Hylam, Hyderabad Allwyn, Shriram Refrigerations, Andhra Cements,Pennar Industries, Bharat Heavy Plates & Vessels Ltd., HCL and Visakhapatnam Steel Plant at Senior Management Levels.
- Mr. SVRR is the Secretary of National HRD Network and was a Secretary of Indian Association for Trained Social Workers.
